Immunizations :
Immunizations offered at our clinic based on CDC recommendations are:
– Birth: Hepatitis B
– 2 months: DTaP, hepatitis B, Hib, PCV, Rota Virus, IPV
– 4 Months: DTaP, Hib, PCV, Rota Virus, IPV
– 6 months: DTaP, hepatitis B, Hib, PCV, Rota Virus, IPV
– 12 months: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A, Hib, PCV.
– 18 months: Hepatitis A, DTaP.
– 4-6 years: DTaP, MMR, Varicella, IPV.
– 11-12 years: Meningococcus, HPV, Tdap.
– 16 years: Meningococcus.
Influenza vaccine: can be started at 6 months of age. The first set is 2 doses and later one dose every year.

This schedule includes recommendations in effect as of January 1, 2017. Any dose not administered at the recommended age should be administered at a subsequent visit, when indicated and feasible. The use of a combination vaccine generally is preferred over separate injections of its equivalent component vaccines.
